Xiaohuanglou neighborhood in Liziba was previously an old neighborhood, and now it has been rebuilt into a small commercial complex, where many young entrepreneurs came to start their businesses here. Over recent years, the urban renewal in Yuzhong District has “awakened” a large number of unused or abandoned old buildings and old neighborhoods, and cultivated “new businesses” by improving supporting facilities and beautifying the surrounding environment.
