CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- It is informed from Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information that on January 28, 5,704 industrial enterprises above the designated size in the city resumed work (including continuous production), with a resumption rate of 78%, an increase of 10.3 percentage points over the previous year; A total of 1.131 million people returned to work, with a return rate of 78.6%, 8.3 percentage points higher than last year. Resumption of work and production generally went well.

The resumption situation in major industrial districts was higher than the average level of the city. The resumption rate of 20 major industrial districts was 79.9%, 1.9 percentage points higher than that of the whole city. Among them, the resumption rate of 15 major districts exceeded 80%, including Qijiang District 97.6%, Fuling District 96%, Yubei District 95.6%, Jiangbei District 95.5%, Banan District 93%, Bishan District 91.5% and other districts.
