Romantic golden sea of flowers awaits you on Guangyang Island, Chongqing!

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Lots of citizens visited Guangyang Island early in the morning on the weekend to enjoy the vibrant scenes of spring. The cole flowers in full bloom formed a golden sea on Guangyang Island where some of the citizens were taking photos with the gorgeous flowers and some of them were taking a rest and talking on the grass at the head of the east island. What a beautiful scene of springtime!

The cole flower festival “Early Spring with Yellow Flowers” in Guangyang Island has kicked off and will last till the beginning of April. During this period, visitors can enjoy the scenes of cole flowers, grassy fields, and terracing on Guangyang Island.

At present, a total of 22 ecological restoration demonstration areas have been built on Guangyang Island to effectively improve its biodiversity and offer an “ecological lesson” about the community of life for man and nature.
