Centering on “the floral scene and sunny palette of Chongqing Garden Expo Park in spring”, the event offers six special activities from March 8 to May 4 (58 days in total).

The cultural event “An enjoyable visit to Chongqing Garden Expo Park, a beautiful of spring flowers” integrated with floral experiences aims to offer visitors refreshingly different travel experiences, said the head of Chongqing Garden Expo Park. During the event, visitors can participate in a wide range of wonderful cultural activities at the entrance of the main square and enjoy many sweet flowers with regional characteristics along the route, such as 100,000 tulips in Wetland Flower Valley, Yulan magnolias in International Garden, and peach blossoms in Bayu Garden.

Chongqing Garden Expo Park has introduced more than 100,000 tulips to Wetland Flower Valley, which has been in full bloom today after nearly three months of cultivation. With an area of tens of thousands of square meters, Wetland Flower Valley abounds with an ocean of tulips that are mainly red, yellow, and white.

More than 2,000 pink peach flowers in Bayu Garden are stunning and pleasantly gorgeous against the blue sky.

The best time for viewing the 3,000 late-blooming Japanese cherry trees will be the period between late March and early April. By the time the trees come into flowers along Cherry Avenue in Huicui Park, visitors can enjoy and beauty and romance of the rain of falling petals.
