Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport resumes direct flights to Moscow and Kuala Lumpur

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport resumed direct flights to Moscow and Kuala Lumpur on May 15, increasing the number of international passenger routes in Chongqing to 15.
Operated by Tianjin Airlines, the direct flight between Chongqing and Moscow is served by A330 wide-body aircraft and is scheduled to operate twice a week, namely on Monday and Friday. The flight trip takes around 9 hours. The departure flight GS7941 is scheduled to leave Chongqing at 1:30 and arrive in Moscow at 5:30; the return flight GS7942 is scheduled to depart Moscow at 12:25 and arrive in Chongqing at 1:35 the next day (the above flight times are all local times).
After Chongqing resumed the flights to Moscow, Tianjin Airlines launched over 40 connecting flights to Moscow via Chongqing, establishing an efficient airline network connecting China and Russia.
Operated by Xiamen Air, the direct flight between Chongqing and Kuala Lumpur is served by B738 aircraft and is scheduled to operate four times per week, namely on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.
