CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Snow White sleeping on rice, giant pandas holding bamboo made of noodles... Li Xue, a post-90s mother living in Yubei, Chongqing, has made a great variety of “Fairy Tale Lunch” for her daughter in the past two years. The pictures of the meticulously prepared lunch have gone viral online.

“I worked as a graphic designer but now am a stay-at-home mum; I haven’t learned about catering, but I love to prepare food for my 4-year-old daughter”, 29-year-old Li Xue told the reporter.

To make this Snow White Teriyaki Rice, Li molded the rice ball into a Snow White and then covered it with the omelet as a skirt. The teriyaki meat was placed under the princess to serve as cushions. It is nutritious and looks tastier.

Do you know where the stewed pork is in this “Rapunzel Rice with Stewed Pork”? The pork is hidden under the purple rice carpet colored by red cabbages. Plating techniques are significant, said Li Xue.

3

Li Xue's specialty is pasta. In her opinion, pasta can be plated easily to form different shapes. Her daughter’s favorite “Panda Noodles” are made from flour and spinach juice.

4

Have you been amazed by the “Waterfall Sandwich” decorated with "flowers"? This meal of love is made with toast and thick yogurt. Slices of apples are boiled in beetroot water to become red roses.

5

Here is the “Lambs Bathing in Soup with Rice” made by Li Xue. Rice balls and mashed yams are arranged in the shape of lambs, while the green soup is made from broccoli, butter, and milk, which is very creamy.

6

This “Puppy Breakfast” is made of whey-free yogurt, adorned with red fruits like strawberries and watermelon.

7

This Christmas Kebab allows children to reach “kebab freedom”. The snowman is made with Chiba tofu, sweet peppers, and eggplants, the Christmas deer is made with dried eggs and green peppers, and the Christmas tree is made of lettuce. Isn't it fun?
