CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Snow White sleeping on rice, giant pandas holding bamboo made of noodles... Li Xue, a post-90s mother living in Yubei, Chongqing, has made a great variety of “Fairy Tale Lunch” for her daughter in the past two years. The pictures of the meticulously prepared lunch have gone viral online.

“I worked as a graphic designer but now am a stay-at-home mum; I haven’t learned about catering, but I love to prepare food for my 4-year-old daughter”, 29-year-old Li Xue told the reporter.

To make this Snow White Teriyaki Rice, Li molded the rice ball into a Snow White and then covered it with the omelet as a skirt. The teriyaki meat was placed under the princess to serve as cushions. It is nutritious and looks tastier.

Do you know where the stewed pork is in this “Rapunzel Rice with Stewed Pork”? The pork is hidden under the purple rice carpet colored by red cabbages. Plating techniques are significant, said Li Xue.

Li Xue's specialty is pasta. In her opinion, pasta can be plated easily to form different shapes. Her daughter’s favorite “Panda Noodles” are made from flour and spinach juice.

This “Puppy Breakfast” is made of whey-free yogurt, adorned with red fruits like strawberries and watermelon.
