CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport resumed direct flights to Nha Trang recently. At present, it has 17 international (regional) passenger air routes and 80 flights ever week.

This route, operated by VietJet Air with Airbus A321 aircraft, is scheduled to fly three times a week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The flight will take about 3.5 hours. The outbound flight VJ5397 is scheduled to leave Chongqing at 21:00 and arrive in Nha Trang at 23:35; and the return flight VJ5396 is scheduled to leave Nha Trang at 15:25 and arrive in Chongqing at 19:55 (all the times are local times).

Nha Trang is a coastal city in south central Vietnam, a diving resort and one of the most popular tourist destinations in Southeast Asia. It is reported that at the beginning, for the voyage from Chongqing to Nha Trang, the minimum one-way fare for economy class, including tax, starts at 1,000 yuan, and the minimum round-trip fare starts at 1,800 yuan.
