CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Chongqing’s first parent-child marathon in 2023, Passionate Youth · Chongqing Children’s Day Colorful Run, themed “Colorful Childhood, Happy Run”, kicked off on Nanbin Road recently, involving over 1800 groups of families.

In addition to the activities carried out in the previous parent-child marathons, a roller skating group for children is set up in the Passionate Youth · Chongqing Children’s Day Colorful Run for 2023. There are 4000 participants, including 3000 in the parent-child group and 1000 in the road roller-skating group.

With a total length of about 4.2 kilometers, the course of the parent-child run starts from Dongyuan 1891, covers Longmenhao Old Street, and ends in Haitang Yanyu Park. During the game, participants started backtracing when arriving at Ciyunsi Bridge. The course of road roller skating also starts from Dongyuan 1891, covers Longmenhao Old Street and Ciyun Temple, and ends in Landmark Riverside Park, with a length of around 4.2 kilometers. A timing service is provided to motivate participants and enhance their race experience.

Like the first Colorful Run, the event for 2023 distributes commemorative medals in mystery boxes. In addition to the elements like Clockwork Frog, Bubble Gum, and Lollipop, which are full of childhood memories, the new “Wind Chaser” medals are innovative in design. These mystery boxes made parents and children more excited.
