CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- From June 30 to July 2, the 11th Macau International Travel (Industry) Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Travel Expo"), supported by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China and hosted by the Macao Government Tourism Office, was held at the Venetian Golden Light Convention and Exhibition Center in Macau. The Chongqing cultural and tourism delegation made an appearance with a "good presents".

At this Travel Expo, Chongqing carefully set up 6 standard image exhibition booths and 1 joint cultural and creative exhibition area. Some "good presents" from Chongqing such as Wulong Fairy Mountain black tea, Wansheng "Heishanhong" black tea, Hechuan peach slices, the calligraphy work "Zhiyuzile" from the Three Gorges Museum, and Dingqing Silver Tip green tea, as well as the exquisite cultural relics displayed by the Three Gorges Museum in the cultural and creative exhibition area, attracted visitors to stop to appreciate.

During the exhibition, "Hello·Chongqing" Chongqing Tourism Macao Promotion Conference 2023 was held, and wonderful performances like face-changing performance of Sichuan opera, female solo performance, and suona playing drew bursts of applause. Chongqing promotion officials mainly explained seven key words of mountain city tourism, namely, "8D Magic 3D City", "Magnificent Three Gorges of the Yangtze River", "Brilliant World Heritage", "Through the Ancient and Modern Wuling Scenery", "The Hot Spring Capital of the World", "Spicy Chongqing Hot Pot", "Tongxin Bayu Parent-Child Research Trip". On the exhibition, cultural and tourism packages such as scenic area tickets, exquisite cultural and creative products, and specialty snacks in Chongqing were also presented. Tourists from Macau are invited sincerely to travel to Chongqing.

During the Travel Expo, exhibitors from Chongqing conducted business matchmaking on-site through online "cloud series" activities to expand business negotiations and cooperation. The exhibition delegation also visited tourism companies such as Macau Times International Travel Service, Zhuhai City Travel Agency, and Ctrip in Hong Kong, Zhuhai, and Macau. Chongqing Wulong Tourism Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. has reached an initial cooperation agreement with Macau Golden Times International Travel Service Co., Ltd.
