CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Looking at the paintings on the walls, the villagers of Wujian Town, Yongchuan District, raved, “these students are drawing on the house. Their paintings are very good.” 32 volunteers from the College of Arts and Media of Chongqing Metropolitan College of Science and Technology carried out a volunteer service activity in Wujian Town, Yongchuan, Chongqing between July 5 and July 7.

With what they have learned at the university, the volunteers offered a rich and broad curriculum in the countryside, including paper cutting, brush writing, and wall painting.

After hours of painting by the students, the beautiful mountains and rivers seemed to leap off the wall. The work of painting is more than three meters high, showing us the lovely countryside in the eyes of those students, said Liu Qiang, secretary of the general branch of the College of Arts and Media of Chongqing Metropolitan College of Science and Technology.
