CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- On July 17, the setting sun cast an orange glow over the rice fields in Wanshun Village, Tujing Township, Zhongxian County, which constitute colorful landscape paintings.

Wanshun Village is located at the foot of Niutounao Mountain in Zhongxian County, with an average altitude of 800 meters. As one of the high-quality rice production bases in Zhongxian County enjoying the reputation of "a granular on high mountains”, it grows about 1000 mu of rice all year round. July is a critical period for rice growth. Under the technical guidance of the agricultural department, local villagers strengthen the rice field management to ensure a bumper harvest of rice.
