CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The 31st FISU World University Games (Chengdu Universiade) is proceeding in an orderly manner.

According to the Chongqing Municipal Education Commission on July 19, the list of college athletes from Chongqing to participate in the Chengdu Universiades has been unveiled, which includes the selected students from Southwest University and Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences. They will compete in track and field, tennis, Taekwando, swimming, table tennis, diving, judo, and other events.

For track and field, Cui Lihong will compete in the 20km race walking.

Li Xinwang will compete in the men's 400m dash.

Guo Hanyu, Tang Qianhui, and Gu Jin will compete in tennis.

In Taekwando, Wu Ruidong will compete in the men's 58kg event, Zhang Kai will compete in the men's 80kg event and Liu Guicheng will compete in the men's 87kg event.

In swimming, Chen Mingjie will compete in 50m freestyle, 100m freestyle, and 4×100m swimming relay, while Liu Ruochen will participate in 100m and 200m backstroke.

In table tennis, Xu Yingbin will participate in the men's competition. Zhang Wenao will compete in the diving event. Yan Si will compete in the women's 48kg judo event.
