CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Late in the afternoon of July 18, the technical workers of China Railway Construction are operating the bridge erecting machine on the Xiaoanxi River grand bridge of complex line (Beibei-Tongliang section) of Chongqing-Suining Double-line Expressway.

With a total length of 3.6 km, the Xiaoanxi River Grand Bridge needs to pour 396 pier columns and erect 1290 beams during the construction process, which is a key control project of the whole line. At present, the whole bridge beam construction is over half, and the main span is about to be closed. It is expected to be fully completed by the end of the year.
