“Someone rang the cabin bell at that time. I went over and found the passenger in a critical condition with pale face, plummeting body temperature and weak consciousness.” Ying Zhuqing, the flight’s chief steward, recalled that the flight took off from Chongqing at 10:05 on the same day, and about 33 minutes later a passenger who was in the 6th row asked for help, and a 50-year-old man suffered from sudden illness and he took the flight with his wife on the same day.

She immediately reported to the captain and initiated emergency procedures to find paramedics over the onboard announcement.
