CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Liangjiang Notary Public Office and New Land-sea Corridor Operation (Chongqing) reached a cooperation agreement in which both parties will jointly offer efficient legal services to civil and commercial entities in the areas along the new land-sea corridor, fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese and foreign parties, and strive to provide a more stable and reliable legal environment for the development of the new land-sea corridor.

Liangjiang Notary Public Office has notarized the compensation agreement for a multinational corporation located along the new western land-sea corridor recently, which successfully settled a labor dispute for the enterprise and enabled the family members of the employees to obtain compensation. After repeated analysis of the case and consultation with various parties, the company came up with a comprehensive notarization solution: the applicant went through the local notarization for the qualification and other relevant documents and then authorized one of its staff based in Chongqing to sign the relevant documents. In this way, the parties were not required to travel back and forth. The notary prepared the notarization documents for the parties free of charge, helping the enterprise resolve a transnational dispute.

Statistics show that as of August this year, Liangjiang Notary Public Office has successively handled over 600 notarization cases for civil and commercial entities along the new western land-sea corridor. The cases involve international logistics, overseas financing, investment and mergers, and many other fields. (Translated by Yuki, Fathom Language Limited)
