It is more than 50 kilometers from Zhongzhou City to Shibaozhai, with Huanghua City as well as two peninsulas including Duzhu and Jigongju. The river water flowing through here forms a unique natural landscape which is known as the “First Bay” in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area.

Recently, the water level along Zhongxian Section of the Yangtze River has risen to be about 160 meters, and the water becomes a lake after flowing into the tributaries of the Yangtze River, presenting a beautiful scenery of bridge connecting with islands and clear water.
