CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- On September 12, at the construction site of Chongqing Jiangjin-Luzhou North Line Expressway Project, the construction workers of CCCC First Highway Engineering Group were installing lighting in Linfengshan Tunnel.

The Jiangjin-Luzhou North Line Expressway Project is 71.359 kilometers long, starting from Taojia Interchange in Jiulongpo to near Shangwuji, Yongchuan and entering Sichuan. According to introduction, the project is expected to be completed and opened to traffic by the end of the year, which will greatly shorten the commuting distance and time from Chongqing to Luzhou, and the time from Jiangjin to Luzhou can reach within about 50 minutes, which shall have an important impact on promoting the infrastructure interconnection between Chengdu and Chongqing and the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.
