CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The “CITY WITH STRONG TRANSPORTATION & RURAL REVITALIZATION” Cup Basketball Invitational will be held in Chengkou from October 26 to 29, according to Chongqing Expressway.

The basketball match, jointly hosted by the People's Government of Chengkou County and Chongqing Expressway Group, will be staged in the gymnasium of Chengkou (main venue), Chengkou Kanggu Fitness Center (sub-venue), and Lantianxiang Public Fitness Center (sub-venue).

The basketball match has attracted 12 teams from Chongqing’s Kaizhou District and Chengkou County, Sichuan’s Wanyuan City, Shaanxi’s Langao County, and relevant construction institutes that actively participate in the transportation development of Chengkou.

With a length of about 110 km, the Zhaojia-Chengkou section of the Chengkou-Kaizhou Highway has been opened to traffic. The 11-km Chengkou-Beiping section will be completed and opened to traffic within the year.

During the event, visitors can also visit to Kanggu and Lantian to celebrate the Colorful Leaves Cultural Festival in Chengkou.
