CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The China Communications Construction (CCCC) intelligent parking complex project – Lijia and Qibo intelligent parking complexes, have passed the acceptance inspection carried out by Chongqing Construction Engineering Quality Inspection Testing Center (the Testing Center). It’s expected that the two intelligent parking complexes will be operating by the end of this year. Upon completion, Lijia and Qibo intelligent parking complexes will offer intelligent parking service areas for residents and promote the development of intelligent transport in Liangjiang New Area.

The 32,000-square-meter Lijia intelligent parking complex and the 82,300-square-meter Qibo intelligent parking complex, respectively located in LONGFOR Lijia Paradise Walk and Liuyun Road, in Liangjiang New Area, will offer nearly 2,000 parking spaces. To satisfy the public’s needs for parking and other activities, the project incorporates parking service and commerce. It introduces fully automatic logistics and warehousing technology, sets up a fully robotic intelligent parking system, and applies new technologies such as big urban data, cloud computing, intelligent construction, and intelligent operation and maintenance, so as to visualize the overall parking data, monitor parking spaces in real-time, and make parking guidance more efficient. The two parking complexes will help relieve dynamic traffic pressure and become new urban static traffic regulators to improve urban traffic management.

The Testing Center will provide all the testing required for the project of Lijia and Qibo intelligent parking complexes, which cover all inspections and tests from the stage of construction to the completion of the acceptance, such as witnessing sampling inspection, general quality inspection, quality inspection for a single item, special quality inspection, and fire control acceptance. The Testing Center has overcome difficulties, completed various testing tasks on schedule, and issued corresponding test reports to ensure the steady progress, high quality, and safety of the project and to lay a solid foundation for building a livable modern city.
