CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Rongchang braised goose, Dianjiang tofu pudding, Baishiyi dried salted duck, Hechuan meat slices, Ciqikou Chongqing style boiled blood curd... Recently, the "Chongqing" Cup Chongqing Good Ingredients Special Food Competition was held in Nanping International Convention and Exhibition Center.

The competition was divided into three groups: special hot dishes, special cold dishes and prescribed dishes. 78 catering enterprises and 124 chefs made 113 dishes with strong local characteristics on the spot. After competition, 10 catering units won the "Top Ten Special Hot Dishes Award of Chongqing Good Ingredients" and 10 catering units won the "Top Ten Special Cold Dishes Award of Chongqing Good Ingredients".

With the theme of "Green Ingredients Enter Thousands of Households, Sichuan and Chongqing Cuisines Are Famous in the World", more than 400 good ingredients and products in various districts and counties were displayed in the competition. (Translated by Wang Zhong, Fathom Language Limited)
