CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The reporter learned from Chongqing City Transportation Development & Investment Group that the Phase I of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 15 has entered the track-laying stage, and the construction of the main structure of Lujiao Depot of Line 24 has commenced. Meanwhile, the construction progress on several rail transit lines is a head of schedule.

Phase I of Chongqing Rail Express Line 15 now at track-laying stage

Recently, in the first section of the right line from Liangjiang Avenue Station to Fusheng Station, Phase I of Chongqing Rail Express Line 15, the accurate positioning of track plates and track beds is ongoing, ready for track bed concrete placement, marking that the project has reached the track-laying stage.

In addition, the underground excavation section of the turn-back line behind T3 Station of Line 15 has been successfully completed recently.

It is learned that the Phase I of Line 15 starts at Jiuquhedong Station and ends at Liangjiang Yingshicheng Station, with a design speed of 140 kilometers per hour.

Right line of shield section from Yinglong Station to Shangmaochengbei Station of Line 24 completed

Recently, the right line of shield section from Yinglong Station to Shangmaochengbei Station of Line 24 has been completed, marking that the project has achieved great progress, which lays a solid foundation for subsequent construction.

The pile foundation project of Lujiao Depot, Phase I of Line 24 has officially started, marking the beginning of construction of its main structure. The total length of pile foundation is approximately 75,000 meters, with a construction period of about 5 months.

It is learned that the Phase I of Line 24 starts from Banan District to Guangyangwan Station in Nan'an District, with a total length of 18.9 kilometers, which will be interchanged with Line 6 (east extension), Line 8 and Line 27.

Second lining of first formwork of Ciqikou Station, Chongqing Rail Express Line 27 successfully poured

At Ciqikou Station, Chongqing Rail Express Line 27, the second lining of first formwork of the whole underground station have been poured, marking that the construction of the project has reached a new stage.

Ciqikou is a key station of Line 27, located in Shapingba District, Chongqing, with heavy traffic and large volume of pedestrians above it. The completion of second lining is a milestone for the main structure of underground Ciqikou station that lays a solid foundation for the Line 27 project.

The Chongqing Rail Express Line 27 runs from Bishan to Huimin in Banan, with stations including Bishan, Huxi, Ciqikou, Shapingba, Nanbinlu and Chongqingdong (all temporarily named), linking the areas of Bishan, Shapingba and Chongqingdong Station.

Left line from Tongliangxi Station to Yunwushan Tunnel of Line Bitong connected

Recently, the left line from Tongliangxi Station to Yunwushan Tunnel of Line Bitong has been successfully connected, further enhancing resource utilization efficiency between the two track-laying bases and facilitating the seamless progress of subsequent rail welding work.

Upon completion, it will intersect with the operational Line 1 at Bishan Station and seamlessly connect with Line 27 end-to-end, enabling citizens to travel from Tongliang to Bishan in about half an hour by the rail, and from Tongliang to central Chongqing within one hour.
