CRT Line 18 includes 19 stations

With a total length of 29 kilometers

With a total length of 29km, CRT Line 18 starts from Fuhualu Station in Yuzhong District and passes through Xietaizi Station, Olympic Center Station, Shipingqiao Station, Yangjiaping Station, Tanzikou Station, Huangjueping Station, Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts Station, Dianchang Station, Lijiatuo Bridge Station, Chongqing University of Technology Station, Huaxi Industrial Park Station, Babin Road Wetland Park Station, Qiezixi Station, Baijusi Station, Funiuxi Station, Jinaoshan Station, and Tiaodeng Station in sequence, before ending at Tiaodengnan Station in Dadukou district. It allows passengers to transfer to CRT Line 1, Line 2, Line 5, Jiangtiao Line, Line 9, and Loop Line.

After the opening of CRT Line 18, it will serve passengers in Yuzhong District, Jiulongpo District, Banan District, Dadukou District, etc., and connect Jiefangbei CBD, Yangjiaping CBD, Chongqing University of Technology and Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts, further alleviating the traffic congestion in the central urban area.

Olympic Center Station

Featuring an Olympic-style

The Olympic Center Station of CRT Line 18, featuring an Olympic style, is located next to the Olympic Sports Center.

Olympic Charter is the inspiration for the design of Olympic Center Station, said the Chongqing Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission. The station incorporates the image of colorful Olympic rings into the design of the station hall, with its ceiling featuring the logo of Olympic rings and the flowing lines in the colors of Olympic rings (blue, black, red, yellow, and green), which are quite stunning.

Olympic Center Station connects CRT Loop Line and Line 18. After getting off at the station, passengers can take the train of CRT Loop Line after a 130-meter walk. In addition, a pair of bus stops are set up near Exit 3A of the Olympic Center Station. Passengers can transfer to a bus by walking about 30 meters from the station.

Yangjiaping Station

“The design of Yangjiaping Station blends well with Yangjiaping CBD.” The design of the platform of Yangjiaping Station is inspired by the Dragon Gate (Jiulongmen), the most representative and the most distinctive sculpture in Yangjiaping CDB.

The combination of graceful and beautiful curves with the ceiling design makes the station hall of Yangjiaping Station fashionable and elegant. The platform public area, the ceiling in the middle of the platform, and the pillars cleverly recreate the image of the Dragon Gate, the most representative sculpture in Yangjiaping CDB.

The opening of CRT Line 18 will make it easier for passengers to travel to Yangjiaping CBD and Chongqing Zoo. Passengers can go to Chongqing Zoo and The MixC Shopping Mall by taking CRT Line 2 at Yangjiaping Station.

Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts Station

A strong artistic flavor created by graffiti

The Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts Station is located next to the Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts. Colorful graffiti can be seen everywhere outside the station, giving a strong artistic flavor.

Exit 1 and Exit 2 of Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts Station, decorated with graffiti cultural elements, create a rich artistic and cultural atmosphere. After getting off at the Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts station, passengers can walk to the campus of Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts and take photos of the graffiti wall outside the campus.

Seven elevated stations along CRT Line 18

“Music Time Tunnel”

Places along Line 18 have abundant historical and cultural resources, one of which is the Diaoyuzui Music Peninsula. To create a harmonious cultural and artistic atmosphere for Line 18, seven stations along CRT Line 18, including Tiaodengnan Station, Tiaodeng Station, Jinaoshan Station, Funiuxi Station, Qiezixi Station, Babin Road Wetland Park Station, and Lijiatuo Bridge Station, are designed in the shape of hollowed-out piano keys.

The earth tone of the above stations, the design of hollowed-out piano keys, and the passengers passing by form a lovely picture. Walking through these stations, you will feel like entering a "Music Time Tunnel".

To provide passengers with a more comfortable riding experience, the design team has added a smart channel at the customer service center of each station on CRT Line 18, which set up facial recognition and hand vein recognition to diversify ticket-checking methods. The customer service center can control the door of the channel ticket machine through the door button, providing more humanized services for special passengers to enter and exit the station, said China Railway Design Corporation.
