CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- “Smart Filing Station (Zhi You Chong)”, a super EV charging station located in Tianbaxincun, Zhongliangshan, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing Municipality, was put into use on January 16. It is the first super EV charging station built by China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) with Huawei technology in Chongqing, which can meet the demand for fast charging (one kilometer per second) and accelerate the upgrading of the charging infrastructure in Chongqing.

"It's fully charged before I finish my coffee!” said Mr. Li excitedly, the first customer of the “Smart Filing Station” living near Zhongliangshan. Jointly built by CNPC and Huawei Digital Power, the super EV charging station is located between a petrol station and a gas station in Tianbaxincun, Zhongliangshan, Jiulongpo District. With 24 sets of Huawei supercharging equipment, the station can provide charging services for 24 vehicles simultaneously.

The station boasts four liquid cooling supercharging terminals and 20 fast charging terminals, providing two levels of supercharging power: 600kW and 250kW, respectively. Huawei's new generation of complete liquid cooling supercharging terminals with a maximum output power of 600kW can provide charging services for new energy vehicles that support super fast charging functions. The charging efficiency is ten times that of traditional air-cooling charging piles, greatly satisfying the need for fast charging (one kilometer per second).

"The opening of this station makes up for the lack of charging stations nearby. Together with the petrol station and gas station next to it, it forms a comprehensive energy replenishment station, offering convenient and time-saving filling and charging services for drivers,” said Wu Bin, General Manager of Chongqing Transportation Corporation of CNPC Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Company. The station also includes rest areas where self-service coffee, drinking water, TV, and other services are available to offer a smart and comfortable experience for EV car owners; it is the first super EV charging station built by CNPC in Chongqing, Wu added.
