To better serve the passengers traveling during the Spring Festival travel rush, Chongqing Northern Public Transportation set up “Zhan Xiao Qing” service stations at four stations with high passenger traffic, namely, Xiema Station, Tongxing Station, Guangliang Tianruncheng Station, and Liangjiang Mingju Station, where voluntary services such as baggage handling, consultation, and guidance are available.

“They provided very patient and considerate service,” said Ms. Li, an old lady who was going to head for Chongqingbei Station with a lot of luggage. The volunteers planned the bus route for her patiently and helped carry her luggage onto the bus at the bus station.
