CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The resumption of direct flights between Chongqing and Moscow will start on May 14, according to Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport.

The Chongqing-Moscow route will offer two flights operated by Airbus A330 of Tianjin Airlines every week. The departure flight GS7941 is scheduled to depart Chongqing at 6:30 and arrive in Moscow at 12:20 every Tuesday and Friday; the return flight GS7942 will take off from Moscow at 12:20 and arrive in Chongqing at 01:20 the next day (all the above are local time).

It’s learned that Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport has resumed flights to Phnom Penh and increased the number of international flights to Singapore and Seoul. Currently, the airport operates 21 international/regional passenger air routes and offers more than 110 flights every week. In the future, Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport will continue its efforts to improve the international air route network and promote the development of Chongqing as an international aviation hub and a city with a new height of openness.
