CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- What will happen when rapeseed flowers meet Miss Tourism girls? As one of the series of activities of the Chongqing·Tongnan Chen Tuan’s Hometown Rapeseed Flowers Festival 2024, the Miss Tourism Queen International China Final 2024 kicked off in Tongnan on March 17.

It is reported that the competition will continue until March 24, during which a series of activities of photo taking and touring will be carried out. In the Chen Tuan's Hometown Rapeseed Flowers Scenic Area in Chongkan, contestants try the digital rapeseed flowers photo taking, taste delicacies and snacks of Tongnan, run on the riverside glass bridge, and participate in the speech competition "Me and My Hometown" and Tongnan Tour Recommendation at the Lotus Square of Great Buddha Temple. They will also visit Shuangjiang Ancient Town, rapeseed flower fields in Chen Tuan's hometown in cheongsam and Hanfu, and deeply experience the local customs and practices of Tongnan.

This event is organized by the Miss Tourism Queen International and hosted by the People's Government of Tongnan District, Chongqing. Since 1949, the Miss Tourism Queen International has been held in 128 countries to select the tourism ambassadors in their own country or region. After being introduced to China in 2004, as an annual major event in the international tourism fashion and cultural industry, it has made remarkable achievements in China over the past 20 years and has become a "China well-known service brand" cultural project among the cultural events.
