CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- According to Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, it will implement the flight schedule for the summer and autumn seasons of 2024 from March 31 to meet the travel needs of passengers. According to statistics, the total number of weekly flights is planned to be 7,128, and the total number of average daily flights is planned to exceed 1,000 after the season change.

According to the flight schedule for the summer and autumn seasons of 2024, Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport will add 7 domestic destinations such as Tengchong, Jingzhou, Jiuzhaigou, Zhangjiajie, Karamay, Jiayuguan and Bayannur to its domestic destinations on a year-on-year basis, and 22 cities including Singapore, Osaka, Paris, London, Dubai, Rome, Madrid and Budapest to its international (regional) destinations on a year-on-year basis. Up to now, Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport has greatly improved its accessibility, and has 159 waypoints in total.

In the new season, Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport will continue strengthening the “Chongqing Express Line” trunk route network construction, and maintain a high frequency of express flights, namely 35 flights per day to Beijing (including Capital Airport and Daxing Airport), 34 flights per day to Shanghai (including Hongqiao Airport and Pudong Airport), 29 flights per day to Guangzhou, and 26 flights per day to Shenzhen.

After the season change, there are 10 or more flights per day from Chongqing to Hangzhou, Nanjing, Qingdao, Lhasa, Xiamen, Haikou, Fuzhou, Jinan, Changsha and Wuhan, 16 flights per day from Chongqing to Xinjiang, 18 flights per day from Chongqing to Tibet, and 21 flights per day from Chongqing to Yunnan. Meanwhile, Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport will provide more flights to Hefei, Taiyuan, Shenyang, Changchun, Shijiazhuang and other provincial capitals to provide passengers with more flight choices and a more comfortable experience.

In terms of multimodal transport, Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport has set up terminals at Chongqingxi Railway Station, Chongqingbei Railway Station, Shapingba Station, Fengjie Station and Raffles City in Yuzhong District one after another so that tourists can enjoy services such as boarding pass check-in, baggage check-in, flight enquiry, high-speed rail ticket purchases, exclusive lounges, and airport pick-up and drop-off.
