CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The Classic of Mountains and Seas, childhood, nature, ticket-grabbing... How rich can the artistic inspiration of middle school students be? On April 9, a unique art exhibition for middle school students kicked off at Chongqing Art Museum.

It is reported that this exhibition is organized by High School Affiliated to Southwest University. More than 300 works exhibited were made by the teachers and students of all grades in all campuses of High School Affiliated to Southwest University, including watercolor paintings, acrylic paintings, woodblock paintings, oil paintings, composite material paintings, installations, sculpture sand computer paintings.

Walking into Chongqing Art Museum, the reporter found that walls of the exhibition hall were covered with various forms of art works, each of which exudes youthfulness and unique artistic style; and heard that these works not only showed the students’ sensitivity to the use of color, but also reflected their delicate observation of life and unique understanding of beauty.

Among them, a work titled The Rain Falling on Spring Mountain attracted the attention of many audiences. Through the subtle change of green color, this work showed the rolling mountains and the natural raindrops. Surprisingly, this work was inspired by the author’s experience of grabbing a ticket.
