CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Recently, Chongqing Metropolitan College of Science and Technology held the 2024 Spring Track and Field Games. Hot air balloons, equestrian, floats, grapples, etc. were all presented on the site, making people exclaim, "It's someone else's school again."

At the event site, the community phalanx composed of 81 student organizations in the College was full of youthful vitality and passion.

The phalanx of the School of Arts and Communication was led by mountain bikes, the floats were filled with balloons, and the male and female "anchors" waved with smiles, conveying the power of youth to everyone.

The float of the School of Physical Education and Health was in the shape of a dragon boat, the top was in the style of a traditional architectural roof, and the head and front were decorated with waves and koi. The students even presented wonderful dragon and lion dance performances, which elicited rounds of applause. The relevant person in charge said that this is not only a display of the traditional culture by students, but also a demonstration of the characteristics of the College.

The last phalanx at the opening ceremony was the equestrian phalanx of the School of International Education, which presented wonderful equestrian performances.

It is reported that a total of 902 athletes participated in the Spring Track and Field Games of Chongqing Metropolitan College of Science and Technology, including 177 referees, 399 group calisthenics members, 355 members of bouquet teams, colorful flag teams, ceremonial groups and national flag guards, as well as many volunteers.
