It is known to all that the 2024 Hong Kong International Licensing Show and the Hong Kong Gifts & Premium Fair are the largest licensing trade show in Asia and the largest gift trade show in the world. Under the guidance of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, China Cultural Media Group collaborated with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council in offering a series of Chinese culture and tourism IP licensing activities for 2024, which will last until April 30.

A large number of cultural and creative IP-based projects were displayed by Chongqing exhibitors at the show, demonstrating the cultural characteristics of Chongqing. In addition, the Chongqing Copyright Association organized more than ten outstanding Chongqing copyright enterprises to participate in the exhibition. Huangsi Mama, Pathea Games, Chongqing ArtDepot Center, and Xixin Tianyuan exhibited a wide range of IP-based cultural and creative products with Chongqing characteristics, which showcase the rich history and culture of Chongqing.

At the licensing show, visitors could experience the Chinese national-level intangible cultural heritages, like Rongchang Xiabu grass cloth, Fengdu cultural tourism, Dazu Rock Carvings, Jiangjin jade, Carpenter Tan wooden combs, and Zhongxian paper-cutting, and IP-based articles for daily use, such as Tianfu Kele (Cola) and HERBDOVE traditional Chinese medicine toiletries series. The exhibitors hope that the exhibition will promote the cultural and tourism resources of Chongqing and help them gain an insight into the international development trend and latest achievements of the IP authorization industry, develop partnerships with domestic and foreign exhibitors, accelerate the development of Chongqing’s IP authorization industry, and step up building Chongqing into a strong city in culture and a world-famous tourist destination.
