CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Recently, reporters received information from West Air, a subsidiary of Hainan Airlines, that the direct flight from Chongqing to Hanoi, Vietnam, will officially commence on May 16. This route, exclusively operated by West Air, will fill gap in direct flights between Chongqing and Hanoi, Vietnam.

The Chongqing to Hanoi direct flight route will be operated using Airbus A320 series aircraft, with three round-trip flights per week, scheduled for Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The outbound flight, PN6575, will depart from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport at 18:55 Beijing time and arrive at Hanoi's Noibai International Airport at 20:00 local time. The return flight, PN6576, will depart from Hanoi at 21:00 local time and arrive at Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport at 00:05 Beijing time the next day. The flight duration for both directions is approximately 2 hours.
