CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The Sixth Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade (hereinafter referred to as “WCIFIT”) kicked off at Chongqing International Expo Center on May 23.

This WCIFIT has 11 exhibition halls with an area of 130,000 square meters in four themed areas including comprehensive image, modern service industry, modern manufacturing industry, and international and regional cooperation areas, focusing on the new achievements, new industries, new technologies, new scenarios and new trends made by Chongqing, sister provinces, autonomous regions and cities, and international friendly cities.

Various robots exhibition halls “gathered” here

Chongqing is a national key manufacturing city, and this WCIFIT focuses on “new manufacturing”, and displays a series of manufacturing-related “cool science and technology”.

At Jiangjin booth, a blue crawler robot was particularly eye-catching. This is a new generation of orchard multifunctional robot brought by Lanjiang Technology, which can be equipped with spraying, weeding and transportation modules to realize different operational functions. For example, in terms of orchard intelligent spraying, it can adjust the amount of spraying in real time according to the speed, and stop spraying unilaterally between trees and when turning, and it can automatically return to the base for replenishment. At present, this robot has been exported to more than a dozen countries including the United States, France, Australia and Russia.

There was also a smart robot at Yubei booth, a 3D visual localization 6-axis robot, developed by Guoqi Zhimou (Chongqing) Technology Co., Ltd. It can obtain high-precision three-dimensional point cloud data of an object through 3D fast imaging technology, analyze the shape, size, location coordinates and other information of an object through visual algorithms, and guide the robot to accurately and automatically grasp an object through intelligent analysis, intelligent path planning, and automatic collision avoidance technology, making this “octopus” have a true three-dimensional visual perception function.

In addition to the robots “gathered” here, there were also many other cool technology products.

At Bishan booth, a “four-wheeled vehicle” with a smooth and flat surface was a skateboard chassis brought by Chenzhi Technology, whose most important feature is that each of the four wheels has a drive motor which can drive each wheel to realize independent steering and driving. Each wheel can independently turn from 90 degrees to minus 45 degrees, allowing the vehicle to easily realize the functions of turning around in place and lateral movement.

With a length of more than 10 meters and fuchsia coating, a beautiful boat was docked at Wanzhou booth. This boat from Chongqing Jingsui Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. is not ordinary, and it is equipped with advanced marine new energy electric propulsion system. Compared with the same horsepower of the gasoline engine, it is characterized by low use cost, simple maintenance and zero emissions. At present, such products have been sold to the country and overseas countries.

Many exhibits were relevant to life

This WCIFIT also focused on the general public’s experience, so it displayed many exhibits related to clothing, food, housing and transportation.

There was an exquisitely shaped housing model at Dianjiang booth. At first glance, it looked indistinguishable from an ordinary building. “It is an assembled building.” A staff at Dianjiang booth said that this kind of housing was mainly used for new rural construction; and with the prefabricated parts and then assembled on site, it not only realized the reform of construction method, but also has the characteristics of energy saving, time saving and environmental protection.

How can you have a housing without home appliances? At Changhong booth, a 115-inch super-large TV attracted many people to watch. It is a flagship product just released this year, which can meet the needs of watching dramas and matches, and playing games and so on. Jiangbei booth unveiled Haier Casarte latest high-end embedded dishwasher born in Chongqing Haier Dishwasher Interconnected Factory which produces mid- to high-end dishwashers that not only meet domestic demands, but are also exported to overseas markets.

There were also many camping-related products. For example, the new energy pickup RV unveiled at Dazu booth had an atmospheric shape, perfect configuration, high roof and new energy power. In addition, Xinyuan Automobile showed a camper E3L which has a hale shape, canopy, camper, outdoor tables and chairs and others, and its interior is also equipped with a rest area, kitchen and others, which is very suitable for short-distance camping enthusiasts.

There were also all kinds of fun tech products.

At Air China booth, there was a “cockpit” which basically reproduces an aircraft cockpit. Sitting on it, you can simulate the operation of the aircraft takeoff and landing, and experience being a captain for once. A staff introduced that after the launch, a lottery would be held on site, and the lucky audience would experience the “cockpit” under the guidance of the staff.

At Chongqing booth in the central exhibition hall, “AR/MR” products from Linkon Chongqing Technology Co., Ltd. were placed here. Wearing them, you can enter the “meta-universe” and “personally” understand the style of Sanxingdui and Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village.

If you are tired of visiting the exhibition and want to have a cup of freshly brewed coffee, you can fulfill your wish at Shanghai booth where displayed the world’s first “fully intelligent robot coffee kiosk”, and you can buy coffee on the spot just by scanning the QR code.

“Foodies” also got a lot here.

In N2, the reporter also saw that Chongqing Noodles Industrial Park, and Chongqing Hot Pot Food Ingredients Industrial Park had a booth here and would display all kinds of noodles, hot pots and other cooked food products.

At the booth of Rongchang, Wuxi, Jiangjin, Fengdu and other districts and counties, a lot of special food products were also displayed and available for purchase by the public. At Tongnan booth, for example, its center pillar was a huge lemon, surrounded by all kinds of drinks and foodstuffs with lemon as raw material, which was impressive.

As a strategic partner of this WCIFIT, Guizhou Moutai Group would make its debut in N1. During the exhibition, the public can not only see its various kinds of wine products, but also can buy Moutai ice cream, and Moutai mystery box cultural and creative products.

Foreign booths also displayed a lot of imported goods. For example, Belarus, the guest of honor at this WCIFIT, has brought the most representative agricultural and sideline products such as flaxseed oil and honey. In addition, enterprises from 19 countries, including the United Kingdom, the United States, Russia, Italy, South Korea, Australia, Vietnam and Malaysia would display coffee, fruits and other specialty products from their respective countries for the public.
