To extend the service time of some lines and sections

From June 8 to 9, the service time of main passenger flow directions and sections of Lines 1, 2, 3, 6 and 10 will be extended by 60 minutes in a differentiated manner, with the departure time of the last train extended to 00:00 the next day; The service time of the whole loop line will be extended by 30 minutes, with the departure time of the last train extended to 23:00. From June 7 to 10, the service time of Line 4 will be extended by 30 minutes, with the departure time of the last train extended to 23:00.

At the same time, Chongqing Rail Transit Group will strengthen monitoring passenger flow, with backup vehicles for each line under its jurisdiction in place, and adjust the operation organization plan in a timely manner based on passenger flow conditions.

To shorten the departure time interval

From June 8 to 9, from 9:30 to 20:00 every day, the departure time interval of Line 2 will be reduced to 4 minutes, and that of Line 6 will be reduced to 5 minutes and 20 seconds. From June 8 to 10, the departure time interval of International Expo Line will be reduced to 10 minutes, to improve the transportation capacity of the core sections. From June 8 to 9, from 20:00 to 22:00 every day, the departure time interval of Line 1, 2, 3, and 6 will be maintained at 6 minute to ensure the demand for evacuation of passengers at night.

To optimize running routes

From 16:30 to 19:30 on June 7 and from June 8 to 10, Line 1 will operate the long running route from Chaotianmen to Bishan to meet the travel demand in the university town area.

From June 8 to 9, from 16:30 every day, some trains of Line 6 will turn back at Guangdianyuan to ensure the demand for evacuation of tourists in Jiefangbei Business District.

After the plan is adjusted, from June 8 to 9, it is expected that about 5.01 million train trips will be made daily throughout the whole network, an increase of about 440,000 trips compared to that at weekends, and that at most 245 trains will be operated throughout the whole network, an increase of 10 trains compared to that at weekends. On June 10, it is expected that the maximum transportation capacity will reach about 4.59 million trips throughout the whole network, an increase of about 20,000 trips compared to that at weekends, and that at most 240 trains will be operated throughout the whole network, an increase of 5 trains compared to that at weekends.
