CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Eating rice dumplings on the Dragon Boat Festival is one of the traditional customs in China. During the Dragon Boat Festival this year, the animals in Chongqing Zoo also enjoyed a special "rice dumplings feast".

The reporter learned that it was also the third birthday of the giant pandas "Xingxing" and "Chenchen", and Chongqing Zoo prepared a grand birthday gift for them, a birthday cake made of bamboo shoots wrapped with reed leaves.

At the birthday party, giant panda adoption companies also prepared gifts for citizens. In the check-in area at the gate of the panda house, they distributed rice dumplings for Dragon Boat Festival, customized fans, stickers, bookmarks for civilized tour and other gifts to tourists for free.
