CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The team competitions of the 28th Asian Youth Table Tennis Championships were concluded on July 2 in Chongqing, with the Chinese team claiming four victories in the U15 and U19 categories and safeguarding the reputation and advantage of the home court.

The Asian Youth Table Tennis Championships, the largest, highest-level, and most influential youth table tennis tournament in Asia, has returned to China after 12 years. The young Chinese players are gathering strength for the upcoming competitions, eager to show their best on the home field.

The Chinese team dropped the first match when facing off against the Chinese Hong Kong team in the U15 women's team final. After losing the first game 0-2, Yang Huize came back and scored three consecutive points, beating his component Mai Mingxin and winning the second match for the Chinese team.

Zhu Qihui, the rookie of the Chinese team, had a four-game hard-fought battle with her opponent Raun Xinnuo and was finally declared a victory 3-1 in the third match, helping the Chinese team to lead 2-1 in the competition.
