CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- On July 25, the foundation, substructure, steel box girder lifting and welding of Jiulongpo Yucai Primary School Maizishan Campus Pedestrian Overpass Project were completed, and steps and elevator shafts, and overpass decoration were carrying out. After the completion, this overpass will effectively solve the travel safety problems for students and their parents during rush hours, and further enhance the efficiency of roadways.

At present, it is planned to promote the construction of 32 overpasses and underpasses in the downtown areas of Chongqing, and strive to complete 19 of them which are located in Dadukou, Beibei, Jiangbei, Jiulongpo, Nan’an, Yubei, Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone etc., and will bring more convenience to residents traveling along the route.
