Step into a world of ‘alive’ dinosaurs at the first-ever hologram zoo in southwest China

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Recently, the first hologram zoo in southwest China has opened at the Chongqing Natural History Museum, allowing audiences to journey back to the Jurassic era and behold how the dinosaur fossils in the museum spring back to life within 30 minutes!

Donning a pair of holographic glasses and following the voice guidance at the Chongqing Natural History Museum, audiences will be transported to a mesmerizing world of giant dinosaurs. A tour around the hologram zoo at the Chongqing Natural History Museum lasts approximately thirty minutes, covering the Hologram Theater, the Hologram Corridor, and the Hologram Fence and displaying the scenes of nearly 20 different dinosaur eras ranging from ocean floors to cliffs, from the skies to the underground. With the support of holographic projection technology, the zoo offers exciting holographic experiences and detailed science explanations, presenting life-like images of various dinosaurs like the ferocious Tyrannosaurus rex, the majestic Mosasaurus, and the cunning Oviraptor. In this zoo, audiences will embark on an exciting journey back to the distant dinosaur era and witness the perfect fusion of natural science, advanced technology, and digital arts.
