CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Recently, a Chongqing-Europe Railway Express train successfully delivered auto parts to Duisburg, Germany, via the Trans-Caspian International Transport Corridor. This achievement represents a significant strategic expansion of the Southern Route of the Chongqing-Europe Railway Express, following the successful launch of the direct rail connection to Turkey in July.

The route begins at Chongqing's Tuanjiecun Station and spans over 11,000 kilometers, passing through Kazakhstan, the Caspian Sea, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and the Black Sea. After making a transit stop in Turkey, the train continues through Bulgaria and Romania before reaching its final destination in Duisburg, Germany. This intricate and efficient transport pathway not only underscores the reliability and resilience of the China-Europe Railway Express but also provides a more flexible and diversified logistics solution for domestic and international clients.

Notably, in early July, Yuxinou Company pioneered a rail-sea-rail combined transport method to address the international import challenges faced by two Chongqing-based manufacturers. This approach successfully transported two batches of goods, including plastic sheets and starch ethers, from Germany to Chongqing through the Trans-Caspian Corridor. This initiative not only resolved an urgent logistical need but also marked the official opening of the return route from Germany, thereby establishing two-way connectivity for the Chongqing-Europe Railway Express via the Trans-Caspian Sea.

As a critical link between China and Europe, the China-Europe Railway Express has developed a robust and collaborative framework for growth. The Yuxinou-operated express has become a leading solution in international logistics, offering efficient and stable services. The regular operation of the Trans-Caspian China-Europe Railway Express has been instrumental in stabilizing the international logistics supply chain disrupted by the Russia-Ukraine conflict, while also enhancing the overseas passage network of the China-Europe Railway Express, characterized by smooth, efficient, multi-directional expansion and seamless sea-land interconnection.

Since its inaugural journey in May 2022, the Southern Route of the Chongqing-Europe Railway Express has maintained regular operations.
